Getting a new client set up in DietAlgo takes under two minutes. Here's exactly how it works — from the moment you open the app to the moment your client is logging their first meal.
Step 1: Add the client
Open DietAlgo and tap Add Client. Enter the client's name and email address.
That's all you need to start. DietAlgo automatically creates their account and sends a welcome email with their login credentials. No back-and-forth, no manual password sharing.
Step 2: Your client receives their credentials
The welcome email goes out immediately. It contains:
- Their login email
- A temporary password
- A link to download the client app
Your client opens the email, downloads the app, signs in, and they're on your dashboard. From this point, everything they do — meal logs, streaks, earned stars — is visible to you in real time.
Step 3: Create and assign a meal plan
Navigate to the client's profile and tap Create Plan. Build their personalised meal plan directly in the app — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
Once the plan is ready, tap Assign. It appears on their app immediately. No PDF exports, no WhatsApp attachments, no "did you get my email?" messages.
Step 4: Monitor their progress
From your client list, you can see at a glance:
- Their current streak (consecutive days logged)
- Stars earned to date
- Meal plan adherence
- Last activity
If a client goes quiet, you'll see it before they disappear entirely — giving you a window to re-engage while there's still momentum.
Managing multiple clients
